A truly multi-lingual and multi-cultural executive and leadership coach, Rawan has coached all over the Middle East; her clients come from more than 70 different nationalities. With over sixteen years of international experience gained in FMCG, Manufacturing, Financial institutions, Pharmaceutical companies, Oil & Gas and Executive Education she has coached, trained and mentored hundreds of professionals across the board from C-Suite leaders to middle level managers in English, Arabic and French.

Rawan has lead multiple coaching programs face to face as well as virtually. She is a facilitator of transformation and has worked not only with individuals but with groups and teams as well. She coaches great leaders to help them become even better and dysfunctional teams to become more harmonious and work towards a common vision. She has worked mainly in the Levant and the GCC. Based in the UAE today, she still serves the entire region in addition to countries like Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Malaysia, Egypt, Morocco, Serbia, Liberia & Cameroun.

For more than ten years in multinationals like TetraPak and Nestlé, Rawan accrued a track record of achievement in business objectives and targets. She led cross-functional teams and guaranteed buy-in on sales and marketing plans for multinational business units. Rawan spearheaded brand development and execution for the GCC region, engaging senior management and satellite teams. As a coach, Rawan has influenced senior executives in Fortune 500 companies like Unilever and Global organisations like the World Bank. Clients comment on her unique ability to use humor and creativity in the midst of being pragmatic and methodical.
